  • Setup

    Each player is given a ball, or if short, pairs can share and take turns..
  • Step 1

    The idea is for the ball to travel 360 degrees around the player's body. With the ball in one hand, move it behind the back where it transfers to the opposite hand and continues in its loop.
  • Step 2

    Repeat this 10 times before changing direction and repeating 10 times.
    Next player now has turn if pairs
  • Step 3

    Second time around, the ball must do a figure 8 around the players body by travelling between the legs during the journey.
