  • Setup

Split into pairs, each requires a ball. You'll need a big wall.
  • Step 1

    (A) throws against the wall so it returns to them on-the-full.
Start with chest passes that angle upwards so the ball loops and is easy to intercept
  • Step 2

Starting behind (A), (B) slides around to intercept
    (A) remains flat footed and doesn't move
    (B) must jump in front of (A) without making contact
If intercepted, return the ball to (A)
  • Step 3

Once (B) has made a few easy interceptions, (A) can start firing the passes a little flatter to increase difficulty
  • Step 4

Rotate roles after 1 minute. Next time around you can vary the length of the distance to the wall - make shorter for added difficulty to intercept.
