  • Setup

Setup playing areas for each pair. Triangle has sides approximately 1.5m, while feeder (B) stands 1m outside the triangle. The pattern is for (A) to perform two "infinity" or "figure 8" patterns, firstly around cones (1 & 2), then around (1 & 3).
  • Step 1

Starting at cone (3), (A) runs towards cone (1) where feeder (B) initiates a 1-2 passing move
  • Step 2

    (A) orbits around (1), then 'figure-eights' around cone (2) while (B) initiates another 1-2 pass
    (A) should face (B) throughout
  • Step 3

    (B) 1-2 passes with (A) back at cone (1) again, then (A) orbits (1) and finishes the circuit by presenting back towards cone (3) where they started.
  • Step 4

Work for 30-45 seconds then swap roles.
