  • Setup

Each group needs a 5m square setup. Attacker (A) and defender (B) and must remain inside the square, attacker (C) works outside the square.
  • Step 1

    (C) starts with the ball. (A) must find space within 4 cones while defended by (B)
    (A) uses moves like dodge - hold - front cut to throw the defender and use the limited space
  • Step 2

When (A) is free, (C) passes to them, then runs to the next side of the square edge to receive (A)'s return pass
    (B) attempts to intercept. If they succeed, return ball to (C), reset and restart.
Relax the 3-second rule for juniors to practice technique, enforce for advanced teams.
  • Step 3

    (C) moves to the next side of the square every pass. Work (A & C) for 60 seconds then rotate roles.
  • Step 4

Progression: Allow (C) to move to any side of the square. This allows then attackers to coordinate a move and make the pass outside easier.
