  • Setup

Assign (GK + GD + WD + C) initially, then progress to assigning 2 additional defenders later in the drill.
  • Step 1

(GK) has the ball in the defensive goal circle. (GD & WD) stand close to the top of the circle before they both make strong dummy leads towards opposite wings
  • Step 2

The space they vacate is utilised by (C) - who starts deep near the centre - to lead into and receive from (GK)
  • Step 3

Following this run, either (GD or WD) make a lead and dodge that culminates in a pass from (C)
Lead wide then dodge centrally so passing movement is directly down-court.
  • Step 4

The third player (either GD or WD) also leads in this fashion to receive the final pass beyond centre.
  • Step 5

Rotate players as necessary. Progress by having opposition players marking (GD & WD).
