  • Setup

Pairs stand approximately 5m apart, facing one another. Choose worker (A) and feeder (B) who has a ball.
  • Step 1

    (A) leads towards (B) who initiates a 1-2 passing exchange
  • Step 2

After passing back to (B), (A)'s second movement is an up-and-back move.
    (A) about-faces to change direction rather than run backwards, but remains watching (B) over their shoulder
  • Step 3

    (B) throws a slightly LEFT lob that (A) must retreat for and reel in left-handed, before passing back to (B)
    (A) uses fast-feet to return to their starting position
  • Step 4

Repeat again, however this time (B)'s lob is slightly RIGHT lob that (A) must retreat and reel in right-handed.
  • Step 5

Work (A) for 30-45 seconds before switching roles. Progress by lengthening distance and difficulty of catches.
