  • Setup

Create a 4m wide lane, with cones littered at 3m intervals along each line. Distribute all the balls to players in line (A)
  • Step 1

First (A) and (B) are a pair. (B) leads towards (1) and (A) passes diagonally across the lane to them
    (A) must pass just in front so (B) can run onto the ball without waiting for it to arrive
  • Step 2

    (A) runs to (2) and receives a lateral (sideways) pass from (B)
Again, catch must be taken on-the-move
Move quickly to the next station after passing
  • Step 3

Passing continues (diagonally, then laterally) to each cone in sequence
  • Step 4

After the lap is complete, work back the other way, however line (A) leads and (B) passes first.
This ensures players rotate being the diagonal and lateral passer.
