  • Setup

    Distribute players evenly around the cones, add extras to first cones in sequence, e.g. to (A & B) if you have 8 players. Distance between diagonally opposite cones is about 5-7m.
  • Step 1

    Start with clockwise movement. The pattern is simply to pass to the player to the left, then run to the cone directly opposite.
    (A) passes to (B), runs to (D)....(B) passes to (C), runs to (E), etc.
  • Step 2

    At any time, call 'reverse!'. Hold the ball until all players arrive at the cone, the reverse the flow of movement from clockwise to anti, and vice versa.
  • Step 3

    You may also alter this drill slightly depending on player numbers:-
    If you have 8 players, you can form an octagon shape.
    If you have 12 players, form a hexagon and introduce a 2nd ball.
