Purpose

A basic drill for (GS / GK / GD / GA) that focus on defending the shot, shooting under pressure, and rebounding.

Setup
Pair-up attackers (A) with defenders (B)
Step 1
Defender (B) decides where the shot will be taken from by placing the ball on the ground somewhere 1m-3.5m out.

Vary the angle each time
Step 2
(B) performs shot defence over (A) as they shoot. Both players then battle for the rebound if (A) misses.
Step 3
Pair end their turn and quickly move off court. Second pair enter and repeat
Step 4
Swap defenders and attackers and sub-on players as appropriate.

Optionally keep score to add some competition.
