Purpose
A fun race that's primarily for passing and sharp hands, as players are stationary.

  • Setup

    Choose 2 even teams. Teams spread out so consecutive teammates are 3m apart, and there are players from the opposing team immediately on either side. An extra can start behind another player.
  • Step 1

    Give a ball to (A) from each team (1 & 2). On 'go!' both teams pass the ball around their square (or whatever shape) to the next player in sequence as fast as possible
    After passing, if there are multiple players at that station, quickly move to back of line
    Both balls move in the same direction
  • Step 2

    The winner will be the first team to complete a set number of laps, usually 10.
    Teams call out their lap count each time they reach (A) again
  • Step 3

    Progress by changing (direction of play / passing hand / length of passes).
