Preliminary Moves & Passing, Footwork & Agility.
Purpose
Practise passing and running to space before presenting again as a passing option.

Setup
Choose 3 players who simply stand and pass on stations (C - E). Remaining players line up behind (A & B)
Step 1
(A) passes to (C) then runs around them
Players must always run behind the stationary player they pass to
Step 2
(C) passes to (B) who had lead into the middle of the diamond. (B) passes ahead to (D)
(B) should be taking the ball on the move, not standing and waiting for it, so time your lead.
Don't forget, (B) must go behind (D) after passing
Step 3
(D) passes to (A) who has lead back into the middle. (A) then passes to (E)
Step 4
(E) passes to (B) in the middle before passing ahead to next (A)
(A) joins (B), (B) joins (A).
Step 5
After 2 minutes, rotate the players on stations (C + D + E).
