  • Setup

Split into pairs and give a ball. Worker (B) starts 3-4m in-front - but facing away - from feeder (A) and needs 3m of space to the left and right.
  • Step 1

    (B) initiates the action by turning 180 degrees to face the player, and then calls the play:
  • Step 2

    (B) can make a straight lead to the left or right. (A) passes wide to (B) who performs a one-handed catch
  • Step 3

    (B) can also lead directly at (A) and make a two-handed catch
  • Step 4

After catching the pass, (B) passes back to (A), then quickly returns to the middle, facing away from (A)
  • Step 5

    (B) should mix things up - make the receiving position random. After 30 seconds rotate roles.
  • Step 6

In consecutive turns, (A) can vary the pass type, e.g. reverse shoulder pass, bounce pass, lob pass.
