  • Setup

    Form 3m squares per group of 4. (A, B & C) work together, (D) is the defender.
  • Step 1

    (A) and (B) pass back-and-forth, looking for an opportunity to pass to (C).
  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, defender (D) covers (C) who leads between cones (3 & 4)
    (C) will naturally present to the cone closest to the person with the ball, so (D) should look to cover this side
  • Step 3

    Within 10 passes, (A / B) must pass to (C) between cones (3 & 4), while (D) attempts to intercept.
    (A / B) can fake pass to (C), if (D) over-commits then (C) can dodge and receive.
    Held ball rule applies
  • Step 4

After 45 seconds call for a rotation where everyone moves to the next station
    (A to B), (B to C) etc.
