  • Setup

Split into groups of four, each has a ball and requires 8 cones to mark two diamonds, a smaller one inside a larger one.
  • Step 1

    (A) starts on (1). (B) makes a run towards (2) and (A) lob passes to them.
After passing (A) returns to their cone on the smaller diamond
  • Step 2

    (B) jumps and catches. Footwork is all-important, as they now need to pass to (C) on (3)
Land safely on one foot - pivot so landing foot points towards (3) - then step towards (3)
  • Step 3

    (B) lobs to (C) who follows same footwork routine before lobbing to (D), then (D) completes the loop by lobbing to (A).
Remember after passing, players return to the smaller diamond
  • Step 4

After 1 minute, shuffle everyone around 1 station. After a further minute, change the direction of play.
