Wall Rebound Battle

Purpose
A wall is handy for competing for high balls, as the rebound requires a faster reaction time.

  • Setup

    A flat wall with good rebounding properties required. Split into groups of 3 players of roughly the same height.
  • Step 1

    (A) and (B) will compete to catch a ball that feeder (C) has thrown into the wall.
    Feeder (C) stands behind (A & B) so they can't see the throwing motion.
    (C) should vary the height and speed of the throw, but try to land the ball in-betwen (A & B) so it's a fair contest.
  • Step 2

    Rotate feeder after 45-60 seconds.
