  • Setup

Start with exactly 1/2 a court as the playing area. Form 2 even teams (try to even-out talent). 5 players from each team start, everyone else sits out.
  • Step 1

Attacking team have the ball and must provide passing options. Players can make a run to receive anywhere within the playing area. Defenders attempt to intercept.
  • Step 2

Coach calls out pass tally after each pass. Score a point for every 10 passes completed.
  • Step 3

Coach calls out team point tally after each turn. Next turn, defending and attacking team swap roles.
  • Step 4

After 2 turns (players have defended and attacked), rotate so inactive players are subbed-on.
  • Step 5

As a progression, try reducing the playing area, making it more congested and difficult to complete passes.
