  • Setup

Mark a 2m-sided triangle which (D & E) must remain inside, other players stay on cones (A to C) 2-3m from the triangle.
  • Step 1

(A), (B) and (C) pass amongst one another with a view to a pass into the triangle to (E)
  • Step 2

Every time a pass in made, (E) dodges to lead into space, while defender (D) must use fast feet to cover the shortest pass
Quick ball movement between (A / B / C) will make it harder for the defender.
  • Step 3

Within 20 passes, either (A / B / C) must pass to (E) inside the circle, while (D) attempts to intercept
Lob pass is not allowed into (E)
  • Step 4

After 1 minute, all players rotate one station.
  • Step 5

Advanced level progression: Introduce an additional defender who tries to intercept passes between (A / B / C)
