  • Setup

Create a 5-8m square for each pair with a cone in the middle. Pairs choose a worker (A) and feeder (B). If you don't have enough balls/space, make groups of 3 with one sitting out each time.
  • Step 1

    (A) starts in the middle cone and runs diagonally to a station. At the station, step out and anchor the outer foot, then push off to change momentum 180 degrees.
For every run, (A) should be looking at (B) throughout
  • Step 2

    (A) runs backs to the middle cone and receives from (B)
  • Step 3

    (A) passes back to (B) then sets off to the next cone in sequence (clockwise or anti) and repeats
Remember (A) must always watch (B) - this is harder for runs away from (B)
  • Step 4

    After 1 minute, change roles.
