Pair-up with someone around the same height, or direct opponent (e.g. GK & GS). If you have odd numbers make one group of 3 with 1 player sitting out each turn. Choose 1 feeder (C) who can feed throughout or be rotated. Pairs line up behind attackers line (A) and defenders (B). Distribute balls to attackers.

    (A) starts with the ball and feeds to (C).
  • Step 2

After passing, (A) must get a return pass from (C) by running to space, whilst closely defender by (B)
    (B) should be aware of a dodge inside
(A)'s easier reception will be ball-side, so the (B) should expect this
    (B) must use fast footwork and force (A) to receive wide
