  • Setup

    7 players behind 3 stations that form a 6m triangle, 3 start at c0ne (1), 2 at other two.
  • Step 1

    (A) passes to (B), while (E) rounds them to intercept
The pass from (A) must give (E) an opportunity to intercept (not too fast)
Interceptor can't make contact with the player in front
Players join the FRONT of the station they pass to, so (A) will become next pass receiver at (2)
  • Step 2

Give the ball to (B) even if they didn't intercept. Continue in this fashion around the triangle:-
    (B) passes to (C) with (F) intercepting - give ball to (F) if they fail - (B) joins front of (3)
    (F) passes to (A) with (G) intercepting - give ball to (G) if they fail - (C) joins front of (1)
  • Step 3

    After 60-90 seconds, reverse directions.
  • Step 4

For more advanced teams, take the cones back so the triangle has 8m sides. Players can pass as hard as they like.
You may need to tweak the distance to suit.
