  • Setup

Groups of 3 each require 1/6 of court space. Trio choose two competing players (A & B), plus the feeder (C) who is 5m away.
  • Step 1

(C)'s job is to feed so generally there's a 50-50 contest between (A & B). The feed can be any height, or weight (drop at feet / throw to them / lob over their heads).
50-50 contests will see the ball fed absolutely in between both players
Occasionally, give one player slight positional advantage by throwing to their side a little
  • Step 2

(A & B) attempt to win possession. Once a player wins the ball, return it to (C) with a pass.
  • Step 3

(A & B) resume starting positions and (C) feeds again
Remember to mix up feeds to keep players on their toes
If a player is out of position for a high ball, attempt a tip to gather manouevre
  • Step 4

Repeat for 1 minute, then rotate feeder.
