  • Setup

Create a hexagon for each group of 3 with outer cones all 3m from the centre cone. Trio elect 2 attackers, (A) starts on a cone with a ball, (B) sits out initially. Feeder (C) starts in the middle.
  • Step 1

    (A) fires a pass into (C), then runs towards the next station clockwise. (C) passes back to (A) so they take on the cone.
  • Step 2

Continue 1-2 passing between (A & C) in this fashion around the hexagon for 30 seconds.
  • Step 3

On call of 'Number 2!' (B) runs in and joins the action, starting with a ball on the cone directly behind (A).
Now (C) must be even quicker as there are 2 balls
  • Step 4

Continue in this fashion around the circle for 45-60 seconds. Stop and rotate (A / B / C) until everyone has a turn in the middle.
  • Step 5

A variation to the action is to start (B) on the opposite side of the hexagon to (A)
This makes (C) work even harder as they receive from opposite sides.
