Setup
Pair-up, give a ball and allocate each 1/6 of the court. Pairs elect who will start as worker (A) and feeder (B) who stand 5m apart, facing one another.
Step 1
Throughout this drill, Coach (C) controls the direction (A) leads by calling out numbers representing hours on the clock.

Worker (A) always starts in the middle of their 1/6 - use the cone as a marker.
Step 2
Example: Coach (C) calls "12". Players makes a straight lead directly towards (B) who initiates a 1-2 pass, before running backwards to the central cone
Step 3
Once all players have reset, call a second "time", e.g. "9" which would see players run left to receive and 1-2 pass.

The calls are relative to worker (A); feeder (B) reacts to (A)'s lead rather than the call, to avoid confusion

Keep returns to the centre snappy

Progress to using trickier directions like "5"
Step 4
Rotate (A & B) after 1 minute.
