  • Setup

    Coach or player (C) is the feeder and starts just inside the side-line. Players form 2 lines, 10m apart, 3m in from the sideline. (A) has the ball.
  • Step 1

    (A) passes wide to (C), then runs into the centre to get a return pass.
    Pass on the cone, receive in the middle
  • Step 2

    (A) catches and without breaking stride, passes straight ahead to (B)
    Footwork is key - players should (catch airborne - land one foot - step - pass) in a nice rhythm
  • Step 3

    Repeat back the other way: (B to C to B to A)
  • Step 4

    Progression 1: Add a second feeder (D) who (B) feeds to.
    (A to C to A to B)
    (B to D to B to A)
  • Step 5

    Progression 2: Widen stations (A & B) and/or increasing distance from (C & D)
