  • Setup

Groups of 3 require a ball and 1/6 of court space. Trio chooses feeder (B) who starts 7m from (A).
  • Step 1

    (A) performs a straight lead at 45 degrees towards their non-preferred side, and receives at full-stretch from (B)
Right-handers lead left, lefties lead right.
  • Step 2

    (A) must pass back to (B) as swiftly as possible, preferably without ball changing sides of the body.
Depending on the player's ability, demand passes such as reverse shoulder pass or opposite hand passes to maintain fluent movement
  • Step 3

    (A) then runs just behind (B), then assumes position to perform either a roll-off or roll-around (B), before receiving from them again.
  • Step 4

    (A) completes their turn with a pass to next (A)
Try to make the movement as fluid as possible - the player shouldn't be stop-start
