  • Setup

    Groups of 4 each require a 4x4m square. Group elects 2 stationary feeders (A & B) who both have a ball, and 2 workers (C & D).
  • Step 1

(A & B) start in unison, passing to (C & D) respectively down the line
    (A to C), (B to D)
  • Step 2

(C & D) pass the next ball diagonally to the other feeder, then swap positions.
    (C to B, run to D)
    (D to A, and run to C)
(C & D) need to coordinate movement so there isn't a collision. Work out a system.
  • Step 3

Repeat using exactly the same pattern, the only difference will be workers (C & D) will start on opposite sides
After everyone has passed and run this time, players will be back in their original starting position
  • Step 4

After 1 minute, rotate workers and feeders. Progress by making the square larger.
