  • Setup

You'll need a long wall you can throw against. Split into two even teams (extra sits out) who line-up 5m from the wall, 5m apart.
  • Step 1

This is a race. On 'go!', teams progress by performing this routine:-
First player throws the ball into the ball, then moves away
    Second player catches it
Second player throws into the wall for third player to catch, etc.
  • Step 2

If a player fails to catch a pass, try again by throwing and catching their own rebound. Once they catch, continue by throwing for the next player.
  • Step 3

Depending on numbers, make everyone go through 2-3 times. The first team through win.
  • Step 4

An advanced progression is to make players start closer to the wall - throw so the rebound goes over their head. Players must turn and catch facing away from the wall.
