  • Setup

Mark out 4 x lines that fan out from 4 shooting points inside the goal circle and make sure they're equal length - 5 to 10m. Give (A - D) a ball each, which they put down next to their cone. Remaining players line-up behind (9).
  • Step 1

On 'go!' (A - D) perform a shuttle run to their cone and back
    (1 to 2), (3 to 4), (5 to 6), (7 to 8)
  • Step 2

(A - D) pick up their ball, take a moment to steady, and take a shot. First person to make the shot gets a point.
There's a fine line between rushing the shot, and getting balanced
You can't win if you miss the shot, so take a deep breath and steady
Goalies be somewhat aware that throwing the same time as someone else might cause a mid-air ball collision
  • Step 3

Everyone fetches their ball and rotates 1 station (A to B, B to C, etc)
If you have extras waiting off-court, (D) exits and (A) subs-on from (9)
  • Step 4

Players call out tallies. Repeat until a winning score is reached.
