Purpose
Give goalies positional advantage through quick passing outside the goal circle.

  • Setup

    Each turn requires 5 attackers and 2 defenders: 3 attackers 1 defender outside the goal circle; 2 attackers and 1 defender remain in the goal circle.
  • Step 1

    On 'go!' the 3 attackers (A-B-C) outside the circle pass the ball around while defended by (D)
    (D) attempts to intercept
  • Step 2

    Before a pass can be made inside the goal circle:-
    There must be at least 5 passes completed
    Every player must pass the ball
  • Step 3

    Once the ball enters the goal circle:-
    There must be at least 2 passes - passes can be between the 2 attackers (E-F), OR back out to (A-B-C) again.
    (G) defends against 2 players
  • Step 4

    Take a shot and reflect on the play if necessary while resetting.
  • Step 5

    Rotate players if necessary (sub-in reserves, rotate roles).
