  • Setup

Groups of 3 each have a ball and line-up at (1)
  • Step 1

Ball starts with (A) in middle of first group. (B / C) lead out, with (A) choosing one to pass to, e.g. (B)
  • Step 2

    (B) passes to the 3rd player in the group (C), who holds their run before leading to the other side of the lane
Players lead to a different side each time, so the ball zig-zags down the lane
  • Step 3

Players continue passing across the court. When they're close to the opposite sideline, they must pass into the centre third, then work back the opposite way in the same manner.
  • Step 4

Finally, move into the final 1/3 and work across that area.
  • Step 5

Trio end up in the opposite corner from where they started, and wait there. Once everyone has been through, restart with trios working in the opposite direction through the 1/3's..
