Purpose

From the centre pass, run set plays to take advantage of the strengths (e.g. speed/height) of certain players, and maximise space for them to use. Different set-ups can confuse opponents unfamiliar with the strategy. This particular strategy involves[WA] being the primary target and having access to maximum space.

Setup
Choose players and setup as per the diagram.
Step 1
[WA] is the primary target, so they key is for all other players involved at the centre pass [GA-WD-GD] to give [WA] maximum space to lead
Step 2
[GA] stands 1-2m behind [WA] and motions as though preparing to lead, to keep their defender interested so they don't double defend [WA]
Step 3
On the whistle, [WA] has both sides of the court to utilise when leading for [C]
Step 4
Other players offer maximum space to [WA]:-

[GA] is the secondary target, so once [WA] has chosen a side, they initiate their lead to the opposite side

Whoever of [GD-WD] is on the same side as [WA] must not lead towards them and crowd their space.

[GD-WD] provide third option leads
