Purpose

When it's your throw-in in the centre third, there are specific set plays you can run. Whoever throws-in depends on whether you want to take the pass quickly, who has the best passing ability in the proximity, and whether you want to keep the front-court open or have more passing options. This particular strategy is used when the ball goes out in the back-half of the centre third.

Setup
Choose teams and setup as per the diagram.
Step 1
[WD or GD] take the throw - the player who doesn't is the one who'll become the first pasing option
Step 2
First passing option - [WD] in this instance - plays behind their opponent, and runs to a space where the thrower can simply pop a lob over their defender's head

[WD] should be moving towards goal, but not be too far from the thrower when they receive

[C] keeps well away on the opposite wing, giving the receiver more central space, and becomes a passing option in later play
Step 3
[GA/WA] are second and third passing options respectively. They lead to different, pre-planned areas of the court

[GA/WA] can divide-up the space however you see fit, the diagram is just one possibility
Step 4
Next pass should find the [GS], otherwise a feeder on the circle edge for a relatively simple third pass into the [GS]
