Setup
Form 2 lines: If you want everyone to have shooting practice, lines (1 & 2) need even numbers. If you only want specialist goalies to shoot, make line (2) shooters only and closer to the post. Coach or an injured player feeds from (B), choose a player to start as goalie (C).
Step 1
(A) starts with a Lead and dodge by running to the cone, they cutting inside to receive a pass from (B)
Step 2
From the top of the goal arc, (A) waits for shooter (C) to perform a dodge back to post before passing to them
Step 3
(C) takes a shot

If everyone is practising shooting, (A) replaces (C), (C) end of line (2)

If only specialist goalies, (D) replaces (C), (A) end of line (1)

Shooter (C) must return the ball to feeder (B) as they exit
Step 4
Next turn: If specialist goalies, line (1) starts again. If no specialist shooters, line (2) starts.

If everyone is shooting, after everyone has been through once or twice, swap wings of lines (1 & 2)
Step 5
As a progression for more advanced squads, assign a defender to guard shooter (C)

Replace the defender with next (A) after about 5-10 iterations.
