  • Setup

2 x groups of 4 are confined to an 8m square. Give one player from each group a ball. Groups assign sequential number 1-4 to each player in their group.
  • Step 1

Players can move anywhere within the playing area. They restriction is they must pass to the next number in their group sequentially, e.g. (1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 1..etc)
  • Step 2

After passing, players must round one of the cones (1-4) before rejoining play, however it cannot be the same cone they rounded last time
This rule ensures players don't get lazy and hover around the same cone
  • Step 3

Remember, there are 2 groups so there's plenty of traffic to navigate through to find space.
    Lots of voice required
Keep an eye on the whereabouts of your ball when running to the cone.
