Purpose
A warm-up good drill for ball control and agility.

  • Setup

    Each player is given a ball, or if not enough balls then pair-up, share a ball and take turns.
  • Step 1

    Start at 50% intensity. Player must take large steps; each time a step is taken they must pass the ball from one hand to the other - between their legs.
  • Step 2

    Progress by increasing the tempo, requiring excellent ball control when switching hands and moving it around the body.
