Setup
Choose attacker (A) who starts with the ball on the baseline, and 3 more attackers who start on the sideline of each third, while 2 defenders patrol each third.
Step 1
(A) with the ball starts from the baseline and must find (B) with a pass.
(B / C / D) can move up-and-down the sideline, but only in their third.
Step 2
(A) then runs onto the court and must bamboozle defenders with dodges in order to receive the return pass from (B)
Attacker must use preliminary moves such as dodge,
roll-off etc to find space.
Defenders should communicate and coordinate their defence - e.g on covers short, while the other covers deep
Relax the held-ball time restriction
Step 3
(A) must work the ball the length of the court, passing to both (C) and (D) along the way.
The player on the sideline should move laterally in line with the player to provide support.
More than one pass is allowed per third
Step 4
(A)'s turn ends once they receive within 1m from the baseline.
If a turnover occurs early-on (in the first 1/3) you can give the attacker a second chance.
Step 5
Rotate the attackers so everyone has a turn (defenders stay put). After all attackers have been through, swap the 6 defenders and repeat.
