Preliminary Moves & Passing, Goalie Preliminary Moves, Shooting.
Purpose
Work the ball into the goal circle via a couple of crossed balls.

Setup
One player at (A & B), remainder line-up behind (C).
Step 1
Goalie (A) starts with the ball and passes to (B)
Step 2
(B) crosses the ball to (C), while (A) runs behind (B) to initiate a dodge back to post
(B) joins (A)
Step 3
(C) finishes the passage of play with a slick pass to (A) near the post
(C) joins (B)
Step 4
(A) takes a shot, fetches it, then fires a long pass to next (A) before joining (C)
Step 5
Progression: Introduce an additional player to line (A). Same except this time after passing, (B) rushes in to provide
shot defence
against (A).
(B) follows (A) to the post once (A) has dodged around them
(B) joins (A) after defending.
