Purpose

Goalies with a tricky penalty shot look to pop a short lob to your counterpart in better position if the active circle defender commits to aggressive shot defence.

Setup
Choose goalie with the ball (A), second goalie (C), and defender (B). Optionally have a 2nd pair of goalies starting off-court, remainder are defenders lining up at (1) - or the extra goalies can play this defense.
Step 1
(A) starts 1-1.5m inside the goal circle and lines-up to shoot. Defender (B) applies shot defence.
Step 2
(A) lines up to shoot, but instead drops a lob over the defender to (C) under the post

Deceptions is critical - if the move is telegraphed, you'll give the defender a chance

Defender can tip/intercept if they're quick enough and the pass is poor
Step 3
(C) takes a shot, then fetches the ball. (B) exits and is replaced by next (B). Attacking pair (A & C) have 4 turns before being replaced by other goalies (assuming there's a 2nd pair). Attackers swap passing and shooting roles.
Step 4
Progression 1: Defender (B) can either perform shot defence or play offline to cover the non-shooting goalie. (A) can choose between stepping in to take a penalty shot, or (C) can hold and drop.

(C) should point or make a signal if they want the ball passed, in which case they stand directly behind (B) to initiate the hold.
