  • Setup

Each player is given a ball, or if short, share between pairs.
  • Step 1

The idea is to drop the ball from a low height then react quickly to catch.
  • Step 2

The player with the ball holds it between their legs
One hand holds the front of the ball
The second hand goes behind a leg before holding the back
  • Step 3

Drop the ball, then quickly swap front and back hands before catching
  • Step 4

Repeat for 30 seconds; changeover if pairs.
