Purpose

Works on deception and swift footwork to bypass defenders, and defensive footwork to apply delaying pressure.

Setup
Choose 2 defenders who each cover 1/6 of the court. (A & C) line-up on one transverse line, (B) on the other. (B & C) have a ball each.
Step 1
(A) performs a *dodge* or *double dodge* to get past the first defender. Defender uses delaying pressure to *block* their run.

Normal rules apply regarding contact
Step 2
Once past both defenders, (A) receives a pass from (B).

(A) joins (B)'s line.
Step 3
Pause a few seconds to allow defenders get central and turn to face (B)
Step 4
(B) works back the other way, dodge or double dodge to get past the same defenders who again block.
Step 5
Rotate roles after 2-3 minutes.
